Freight: We ship through Australia Post. Standard method for overseas freight is via Express Courier International. This has proven to be cost effective and very reliable with point to point tracking negating the need for insurance. We do also use standard Air Mail but this takes longer, has no barcode tracking and we recommend insurance which adds to the customer costs.
Lead Times: Please allow up to four weeks for order turnaround times. We may be able to complete orders in a few days but we recommend allowing a four week time frame.
